Your Yoga Classes
We have a range of class types and options available for you. We keep our classes sizes small to keep them personal so please book in advance to avoid missing out.

Base
Classes designed for those who are new to yoga.
These sessions are an introduction to the foundations of safe and strong yoga practice.
Designed in 4-6 week blocks with a maximum of 10 students per class allows the students to establish their personal yoga practice.
Recover
A restorative and relaxed class designed to give your body and mind the opportunity to return to its natural equilibrium.
Really popular with our athletes and anyone wanting an active recovery session.
Build
For those who have an established yoga practice but are looking to progress, build strength and improve flexibility safely.
These classes still have a maximum of 10 students to ensure everyone is catered for whatever their specific needs.
Perfect technique and start to extend yourself
The Gift of Yoga
Give someone the gift of a One-to-One session or a block of classes.
This makes the perfect birthday, thank you or Christmas gift
Perform
These classes are focused on pushing your limits and coming out of your comfort zone during your yoga practice,
Expect a challenging yoga flow that will leave you feeling strong flexibly and fantastic!
Don't worry this is not a performance, just a opportunity for your body to perform at its peak.
